how can I decorate a picnic pavilion for my wedding reception may 3rd?

I need to find something cheap to do. I don't want streamers maybe balloons but no arches or anything that takes too much time. There are 8 tables after we set one up for food. I have black tablecloths and red tableware. I have my center pieces and they are red lanterns with white roses in them. My wedding party and I are wearing black and My fiance and I are wearing black and red. I will be in a polka dot sundress. Please help

Tulle. Keep your eye out for tulle on sale and you could drape it on the ceiling like start at one corner and drape it to the diagnal corner and same with the other corners, with them meeting in the middle with a little bit of billow in them. Attach them well though so the wind doesn't blow them down. Also you could wrap the posts of the pavilion with tulle as well, or with white lights if it's an evening ordeal. You could also do Marth Stewarts pom poms and suspend them with fishing wire so they appear to be floating. Simple but yet jazzes things up a bit.
