Any ideas for a wedding present for the couple who already have absolutely everything?

It's for my sis so it has to be special. They've been together a good while and have everything they want and said no gifts...but of course we are going to ignore that! I know I could donate to charity in their name but it's my sis so I'd rather give them something special and anyhow, both they and I already do our bit for charity and will continue to do so. Their house is perfect and they don't need anything, they're not into gardening, they lack for nothing material and they earn far more than I do. I thought of vouchers for a spa they like or a top restaurant but I'd rather give them something that means something. Any Inspiration???
