How do i get a diamond necklace for Christmas cheaper?
My husband told me he wants to get me a necklace for Christmas. We're going together and i know the design i would like for it (a bezel set diamond) but i'd like to be able to get the largest diamond we can afford. I was wondering how you go about haggling at a jewelry store or if that's even acceptable to do. How much off can you ask for? Our budget will probably be $300. I know that since we're in a recession it seems like i should be able to swing a deal some how. Please help.
Do a quick research on internet , for how much big a diamond will come in the price range of $300. and of what quality. you can get even 1ct. diamond but it would be of VS Clarity scale.
