Bachelorette parties are a time for close friends to get together and let loose one last time before the bride-to-be ties the knot. It's common for women to hire male strippers for the occasion. Here are some tips to keep in mind when hiring one.

Firstly, ask the bride-to-be whether she has any preferences for the entertainment. She may have a preference for the type of males to see. For example she may like a man in uniform like firemen, policemen, soldiers, certain ethnicities, etc. I would suggest not surprising her without checking with her first.

Consider whether hiring a male stripper is appropriate for everyone invited. Someone who is a very close friend of the bride-to-be should be doing the party planning, and if there is any doubt as to whether or not the guest of honor would feel comfortable in the company of male strippers, also keep in mind that there may be older women and family members in attendance. You don’t want to upset anyone.

Locate a reputable company that employs male dancers, such as Chippendales, All American Male Revue or Male Royale. You can tell if the company is reputable by viewing their website and speaking to them on the phone. A reputable company will have a big variety of men on their site and will take their time with you on the phone and not try to force you to buy tickets on the spot by saying we are selling out fast so you must order your tickets now.

Most male dancers charge 50 percent of the cost of the performance up front. These companies should have the means to accept credit card payment over the phone or online through their website. Bring a copy of your order with you to the club for proof of payment.

The stripper should come prepared with his own outfit, music, and routine. You shouldn’t be asked to provide music or costumes by any reputable performer. If you go to a club you can expect to be entertained. Most male strip clubs turn into a night club after the male revue show.
